Its Palm Oil company, Ace Edible Oil Industries Sdn Bhd (“AEO”), owns and operates an integrated palm kernel crushing facility on a 4.8 acres freehold land in Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan and is principally involved in palm kernel crushing, refining of palm oil and palm kernel oil and producing palm kernel expellers as commodities for sales.

In the green and renewable segment, Green Ocean’s subsidiary; Ace Green Energy Sdn Bhd involves in trading and producing renewable material, renewable energy and fuel. Ace Green Energy Sdn Bhd actively explore new opportunities in the green and renewable energy segment.

NSN-ACE Joint Venture Sdn Bhd is a joint venture company in between Ace Green Energy Sdn Bhd and NSN Global Resources Sdn Bhd that focusing on coal trading and coal handling at Lumut Port.
